Returns

Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving their order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.
  • The refund will be issued through the original payment method whenever possible.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, customers will be contacted to arrange the refund process.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for refunds:

  • Products damaged due to misuse
  • Products showing signs of excessive wear
  • Personalized or customized products
  • Items returned beyond the return period

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled before shipment.

If the order has already been shipped, customers must follow the return procedure after receiving the package.

Shipping Costs

If the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged item, defective item), we will cover the return shipping cost.

For returns due to personal preference, customers may be responsible for return shipping fees unless otherwise stated.
